aber wieso hab ich den Setting Configuration error drauf
ist echt sch.... denn der motor ist vorgestern mal garnicht so schlecht gelaufen und jetzt komm ich nicht mehr ins stg.
kann ich iwi. das kdfi reseten oder so??

Settings error wie der Name schon sagt heißt es ist was falsch eingestellt. Normal steht das auch im Klartext dort. Wenn du mein upload versuch Tuner Studio offen hattest bzw. abgebrochen Hast ist jetzt aktuell wahrscheinlich Müll am Steuer gerat

Mach jetzt mal das update auf die 3.4 release!!!
Du musst diese Datei übertragen "megasquirt2.s19".
Danach im projekt die ini updaten und deine msq wieder übertragen.
Bzw. nochmal alles von einer Blank MSQ einstellen. (Bei deinen verstellungen) eher die bessere Variante.

Es steht ja dort was du machen musst damit die MS dir sagt was ihr nicht gefällt!

Das warnings kommen wenn du die alte msq von der alten FW 3.2.5 übertragen willst ist wohl klar. Oder

Die hast die Batch Datei aber im Ordner belassen und dort ausgeführt?
So wie der Dateipfad nämlich dort steht, liegt diese Datei auf dem Desktop und die Icons im Hintergrund müssten eindeutig mehr sein.
Lass die Batch Datei im Ordner und führe die dort aus. Dann dürfte der auch eine Firmware im Ordner erkennen, denn das ist doch schließlich die Fehlermeldung des Updaters.

Hm, es stellt sich schon die Frage, ob jemand ein standalone standfest auf einen Motor einstellen kann, wenn trotz Hilfe schon das Firmware Update nicht klappt...
Sorry, ist nicht persönlich. Aber ich empfehle dir dringend, dir jemanden zu suchen, der Ahnung von der Megasquirt hat und dir alles zeigen und erklären zu lassen. Schonmal über die Schulung von Peter (No-Limits-Motorsport) nachgedacht?

Hallo, Ich habe jetzt auch ein neue v1.4, aber leider geht das alles nicht so wie ich gehofft hatte. Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, deswegen auf English:

So I just got a new v1.4, and I want to use it in place of an old v1.3 that crapped itself out after working fine for 3 seasons and then losing sync for nno reason.

The car is a mx5 with 13B Wankel engine. I always ran it with only 2 ign outpuit on the v1.3 because of a bug in the code that did not allow the other 2 to be controlled as trailing outputs.

now I wired the 1.4 up and apart from some weird issues I had sync (36-2-2-2 wheel) and spark on 2 outputs. in an attempt to play with the setting in order to have the trailing ignition outputs working I disabled rotary mode and when I did this all settings in tuner studio where back to default. I configured them and after power cycling to enable then the unit did not get any more communication with the PC. When I check on the com port the orange led 3 lights up, which means there is data sent from the kdfi to the µC; but there is never a reply from the µC to the kdfi (green led remains off).

Now is there a way I can put this thing in bootmode so I can try to re flash the firmware? the manual is completly useless and I cannot find a boot pin like there is on MS2
